Marlene Zaleznick is a body centered and woman’s empowerment coach with over 30 years of experience in the human potential field. She helps women who struggle with self criticism so they can find deep self acceptance and blossom into their power.
Marlene loves to help people get out of their heads and into their bodies and hearts so they can know what is right for them and live life more fully. She, herself spent many years overriding her own intuition and the messages her body was sending her. Instead she kept trying to metabolize other people’s expectations, putting her own needs and desires on hold; a practice which literally made her sick. It was by befriending her own body wisdom and trusting her intuitive guidance that she transformed her relationships and work from a source of drain and exhaustion to expressions of purpose and joy.
Prior to a career in the healing arts, Marlene was an urban planner in some of the fastest growing jurisdictions in the Washington DC and Twin Cities metropolitan area. Among her credentials, she is a certified intuitive career coach, a licensed teacher of the Art of Feminine Presence TM, an authorized meditation instructor, co- founder of The Worthiness Project and a veteran of single motherhood. She has extensive experience and training in Hakomi Therapy (body centered psychotherapy) and Polarity Therapy, a form of energy healing.
Marlene currently lives Boulder CO, appreciating the beauty of the mountains and life with her soul mate.

A woman
in harmony with her spirit
Is like a river
flowing...
She goes where she will without pretense
and arrives at her destination prepared
to be herself
and only
herself...
